This is a crucial leadership development and design thinking program area for Amazing Grace Center Kenya to apply evidence based approach that empowers next generation rural leadership, generates an increased wealth of problem solving knowledge, improved program design and make strategic decisions on organization advancements in capacity building and innovation.

Besides conducting community based participatory research, AGCK teaches young adults basic research analysis and monitoring evaluation software tools (research methods, statistical packages, qualitative and quantitative data analysis software, etc.) to enable them be competitive in the job market. 

We are committed to growing a community that learns from each other and collaborates in fighting poverty problems affecting our youth and young women to be self motivated and productive members of the society.
